How you can help...

Donate - You can always donate with confidence, because START is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and your monetary donations are fully tax-deductible as allowed by law. You can donate easily and securely using PayPal (below right), or you can mail a check.

Volunteer - There are lots of opportunities for volunteering. START participates in numerous community events throughout the year, and we can always use volunteers to help staff our booths and tables. We also host two of our own events, hold demonstrations for a variety of issues, create billboards and other media, and handle numerous requests for assistance. Contact us or fill out our Volunteer Information Form.

Stay Up-to-Date on the Issues - Keep current with what’s going on by checking our website, signing up for our e-newsletter (below), and visiting our Facebook page.

Become a Member - START has several levels, and membership entitles you to vote for Board Members and to serve on the Board. Payment is easy using PayPal, or you can mail it in using a check. Click here for the Membership Form.

Become a Board Member - START is always looking for new people to serve on the Board. We need fresh ideas and new energy to transform those ideas into action.

Offer Ideas - New ideas are always welcome (as long as you're willing to help implement them!). If you have an idea for a demonstration or leafleting event, let us know and we will try to support you. We will do our best to help get the word out and may be able to help with signs and/or literature. If you know of specific alerts, news reports, demos, or other items you believe worthy of attention, alert us and we will try to include them in our next e-newsletter and on our Calendar page.
